We will provide a free arrangement service to all patients that request an appointment with a physiotherapist. We match the patients requirements, e.g., specialist area, location, and time, with the right physiotherapist registered with us. The patient only pays for your service, directly to you on the day of their appointment. You will only pay a small administration fee to Physio Express for each patient referral that attends the first appointment. Thereafter any future bookings from that patient is made directly with you the Physiotherapist or clinic so no further charges will apply.

1. You complete our online registration form.
2. We will send you a confirmation email to confirm your registration.
3. We will book appointments on your behalf providing the required treatments and location match the patient needs.
4. We will telephone you to confirm your availability for each booking.
5. We will telephone the patient for their approval of the booking. If this meets the patients requirements, we will contact you to provide you with the relevant patient information.
6. You will then contact the patient directly to confirm this booking.
7. We will send an email and or sms notification to each patient to confirm their appointment date, time, location and the name of the Practitioner or clinic with which the appointment has been made.
